When you request availability, your details are sent to that property so it can reply to you. We are not a party to any agreement you then reach.

Prices, deposits, changes and cancellations are entirely the property’s own terms. Ask for them in writing before paying anything.

Bookings made online through a connected supplier

Where a stay can be booked online here, the room, board, total price and cancellation terms are shown before payment, and repeated on your confirmation.

The cancellation deadline shown is the one that applies, in the timezone stated. After that deadline the charge described in the policy applies.

What is included in a price

• Any price shown states the dates, occupancy and currency it applies to.
• Charges that must be paid at the property, such as local taxes where they apply, are identified separately.
• Where we do not have a defensible price, we show an enquiry route instead of a number.
