What we need from you

• A short description in your own words, and a longer one if you have it.
• Photographs you own the rights to, including at least one of each room type.
• Your room types with capacity, and the amenities you actually provide.
• The email and phone number that enquiries should reach.
• Your check-in and check-out times.

Keeping it accurate

Tell us when a room type changes, when photographs are replaced, or when your contact details change. An out-of-date listing costs you enquiries.

If you close for the season or for renovation, tell us and we will pause the listing rather than leave guests enquiring into silence.

Answering enquiries

Guests who enquire here are usually comparing two or three properties. A same-day reply with a price for their dates converts far better than a brochure.
