Visiting Sifnos

Is there an airport?: No. You reach Sifnos by ferry, usually from Piraeus, arriving at Kamares.
How long is the ferry?: Roughly two to five hours from Piraeus depending on the vessel.
Do I need a car?: Not if you stay in Apollonia, Kamares or Platis Gialos and use the bus. A car helps for the north and the quieter coves.
When is the season?: Late May to late September for the fullest choice. June and September are quieter than July and August.

Do you take the booking?: For our local hotel partners, no. You enquire or book with the property directly using the details on its page.
Why is there no price on some pages?: Because rates depend on dates and occupancy, and we will not publish a figure we cannot stand behind. The property quotes you.
Are the reviews real?: We only show reviews we have verified. Where a property has none, we show none rather than a number.
